The first page:

Alarm 2.0
1st-level abjuration (ritual)
Casting Time: 30 seconds
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: 24 hour

You set an alarm against unwanted intrusions. Choose a door, a window, or an area within range that is no larger than a 30-foot cube. Until the spell ends, an alarm alters you whenever a Tiny or larger creature touches or enters the warded area. When you cast the spell, you can designate creatures that won’t set off the alarm. You also choose whether the alarm is mental or audible.
A mental alarm alerts you with a ping in your mind if you are within 1 mile of the warded area. This ping awakens you if you are sleeping.
An audible alarm produces the sound of a hand bell for 10 seconds within 60 feet.

Besides the obvious improvements, the spell also causes the alarm to trigger 6 seconds before a triggering creature would teleport into the warded area

Detect Magic
1st-level divination (ritual)
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self
Components: V, S
Duration: Concentration, up to 10minutes

For the duration, you sense the presence of magic within 30 feet of you. You may choose to sense magic passively or actively.

Passively: If you sense magic in this way, you can use your action to see a faint aura around any visible creature or object in the area that bears magic, and will alert the caster if the magic is dangerous/magically trapped.

Actively: By using this spell and actively sensing the magic, the caster will learn the school of the magic and any unique properties, if any.

*While the new ability of sensing magic has become standard practice taught to all new wizards the Detect Magic ritual allows the caster to obtain any information about the magic more reliably. It is also a must safer method if the magic is trapped. *
